EDIT:  Tuesday, February 26 Jefferson v. DeKalb and Hononegah v. Harlem games postponed due to weather.

Regional quarterfinals have wrapped up for teams in the NIC-10, and semifinals will continue Tuesday and Wednesday evening.
In the DeKalb sectional, Belvidere North fell to DeKalb 55 - 52.  The DeKalb Barbs move on to face Jefferson on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at East High School in Rockford.  East will face Huntley at home on Wednesday.

We are guaranteed to see a NIC-10 team on top of the Hononegah regional, which includes Hononegah, Harlem, Guilford, Boylan and Auburn.  Harlem defeated Guilford on Monday night in a final score of 60-54, and moves on to face Hononegah at home on Tuesday.  Auburn will face Boylan at Hononegah on Wednesday.

Freeport survived the first round of their sectional on Monday, edging out Stillman Valley 63-55.  The Pretzels will take on number one seeded Rockford Lutheran at Belvidere on Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m.  The Bucs will face Rockford Christian on their home court at 7:30 p.m.
