The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association has released its 2013 All-State teams. In all, 71 student athletes earned the right to call themselves All-State players.

The All-State list is voted on by coaches and a committee of 23 district representatives that analyze statistical information, coaches comments, measurables, ranking in all-conference/all-region voting and more to assist with their voting.

Matt Ferris from Xavier High School was named the Offensive Player of the Year after leading the state in passing with 3,949 yards and 50 touchdowns along with rushing for 326 more yards and five touchdowns.

Dominic Cizauskas from Mukwonago High School was named the Defensive Player of the Year after his stellar senior campaign. As a senior, he recorded 121 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, and 7 sacks during the regular season.
