HOW IT WORKS: Beginning 4/05/10 through 6/01/10, person’s the age of 18 years of age or older may qualify to enter the Wendy’s, Snappers, and ESPN 1380 AM “Brewers Road Trip Giveaway” to win: a 4 Pack of Tickets to see the Brewers vs Twins on June 24th, $100 gift card to Wendy’s, 4 Pack of Tickets and Prize Pack from the Beloit Snappers, and a ESPN 1380 prize pack. The 2nd round of the promotion will take place 6/02/10 through 9/1/10 and person’s the age of 18 years of age or older may qualify to enter the Wendy’s, Snappers, and ESPN 1380 AM “Brewers Road Trip” Giveaway” to win: A 4 pack of tickets to see the Brewers vs Marlins on Sept 25th, $100 gift card to Wendy’s, 4 Pack of Tickets and Prize Pack from the Beloit Snappers, ESPN 1380 prize pack.

HOW WINNER IS CHOSEN: All Register to Win boxes with entry blanks will be collected on Tuesday, June 1st 2010 for the First Round of the Promotion, and will be collected on Wednesday, September 1st for the Second Round of the Promotion. All eligible entry blanks will be combined together at which, a random drawing will be conducted among all eligible entries received by ESPN 1380 AM where one entry will be chosen as the winner live on the air on 6/1/10 and 9/1/10.
 
GENERAL RULES: This Sweepstakes is open to persons the age of 18 years of age or older. Employees of as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Good Karma Broadcasting (ESPN 1380 AM), Wendy’s, and the Beloit Snappers are not eligible to win. 
 
REQUEST: For a copy of the official rules, send a self-addressed, stamped business size (#10) envelope postmarked by 9/1/10 to: ESPN 1380 AM Attn: Promotions, 1 Parker Place, Suite #485, Janesville, WI 53545.
 
Winner gives to ESPN 1380 AM (Good Karma Broadcasting), its successors and assigns, the absolute right and permission to use, publish, reproduce or broadcast my name, picture and recorded voice for any advertising, promotional or other lawful purpose, and waive any right to advance approval of any proposed use of such photograph or recorded voice - when it is in connection with the Wendy’s, Snappers, and ESPN 1380 AM “Brewers Road Trip Giveaway”. 
 
Winner must agree to release and discharge ESPN 1380 AM (Good Karma Broadcasting), Wendy’s and the Beloit Snappers from all claims of liability whatsoever, present or future, arising out of the receipt, use and possession of the PRIZE.
 
Winner must agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless ESPN 1380 AM (Good Karma Broadcasting) Wendy’s, the Beloit Snappers, and its successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands or actions that may hereafter, or at any time, be brought against ESPN 1380 AM (Good Karma Broadcasting), and/or all participating in theWendy’s, Snappers, and ESPN 1380 AM “Brewers Road Trip Giveaway”  sponsors, by anyone specifically including, but not limited to, unknown third parties, on account of injuries sustained as the result of the use or possession of the PRIZE.
 
Winner must expressly warrant that no promise or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me in executing this AGREEMENT. Winner must agree that they are not relying upon any statement or representation made to me by anyone who has acted for or on behalf of Radio Station ESPN 1380 AM, but that they are relying solely on their own judgment.
 
Winner must verify all information on this page, that they are at least 18 years of age, and have adhered to all contest rules.
